Delicous Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe

This recipe is a hot favorite for bacon lovers. You must give this recipe a try if you want a fabulous breakfast or need to serve your guests with awesome starters. This is an awesome treat for all bacon lovers.

Ingredients

  • Cream cheese – 14 0z
  • Spring onions – 3 pieces, finely chopped
  • Bacon bits – ½ cup
  • Garlic powder – 1 tablespoon
  • Homemade bread crumbs – 1 cup
  • Margarine – 8 to 10 tablespoons
  • Clean mushrooms – 3 lbs, stems separated
  • Salt and pepper – to taste

Directions

Heat 1 tablespoon of margarine on a skillet and stir-fry the mushroom stems then put them on one side. Combine all the cream cheese and the remaining margarine together. Mix all the ingredients (except for the mushroom caps) with the mushroom stems in the cream cheese and margarine mixture.

Take the mushroom caps and start filling them with the mushroom stems mixture. Take a large dish for baking and oil it. Place your mushroom caps in this dish and bake in oven for 30 minutes at 280 degrees.

When they are done, sprinkle some salt and peppers. Serve immediately.

Tips
